Panasonic Viera Problem

Panasonic Viera Problem Tube. Duration : 1.28 Mins.

This is my Panasonic Viera TH-42PX75U Plasma TV having some problems, every time it is turned on, it flickers green and it looks really bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
